Object: Color guidance system / Units: 120 / Year: 2011-2012

An orientation system based on colour combinations (Farbleitsystem), applied to the doors of residents’ rooms throughout the new Cipa building (retirement home) in Belval, (L). The graphic compositions and associations of different colours depend on the floor and wing of the building. The shades and contrasts are accentuated in relation to the direction of movement in the corridor. The door of each residence is unique and easily identifiable.
